§185 — Use of harmonised standards to comply with applicable EHSRs from the Machinery Directive

昇降機及び昇降機の安全部品にも適用される機械指令附属書IのEHSRに適合するため、昇降機の設置者及び安全部品の製造業者は、昇降機指令を支えるものとしてOJEUに引用されている場合に限り、関連する整合規格を適用することができる。機械指令を支えるものとして引用されているが昇降機指令を支えるものとしては引用されていない整合規格は、昇降機指令への適合の推定を与えない。
In order to be in conformity with the EHSRs of Annex I of the Machinery Directive that are also applicable to lifts and safety components of lifts, lift installers and manufacturers of safety components can apply the relevant harmonised standards only if they were cited in the OJEU in support of the Lifts Directive. Harmonised standards that are cited in support of the Machinery Directive but not also in support of the Lifts Directive do not provide presumption of conformity for the Lifts Directive.
