§52 — Installer’s contact information

6. 設置者は、昇降機上に、自己の名称、登録商号又は登録商標及び連絡可能な郵便宛先を表示しなければならない。当該宛先は、設置者と連絡を取ることができる単一の地点を示すものでなければならない。連絡先の詳細は、最終使用者及び市場監視当局が容易に理解できる言語で記載しなければならない。
Installers shall indicate, on the lift, their name, registered trade name or registered trade mark and the postal address at which they can be contacted. The address shall indicate a single point at which the installer can be contacted. The contact details shall be in a language easily understood by end-users and market surveillance authorities.
設置者は、昇降機に自らの連絡先情報、すなわち名称、登録商号又は登録商標及び設置者に連絡できる郵便住所を表示しなければならない。
The installer must provide on the lift its contact information: name, registered trade name or registered trademark and the postal address at which the installer can be contacted.
設置者が保守を行う会社でない場合があり、保守の連絡先情報、特に保守会社の電話番号は、通常、乗場ドア付近の外側に表示される。
The installer may not be the company providing maintenance and contact information for maintenance, especially telephone number of the maintenance company, is typically shown on the outside near the landing door.
それでもなお、設置者の連絡先情報（郵便住所を含む。）は、市場監視当局及びエンドユーザー（少なくとも昇降機の所有者）が必要な場合に設置者に連絡するためにこの情報を見つけられるよう、昇降機の（必ずしもかご内でなくてよい）容易にアクセスできる場所に視認可能な方法で貼付しなければならない。
Nevertheless, the installer's contact information, including the postal address, must be affixed on the lift (not necessarily in the car) in an easily accessible place in a visible way, allowing market surveillance authorities and end-users (at the minimum to lift owners) to find this information in view of contacting the installer if necessary.
連絡先の詳細は、エンドユーザーが受け入れられ、かつ昇降機が設置される加盟国にとって受け入れられる言語で提供しなければならない。
The language of the contact details must be provided in a language acceptable by end-users and for the Member State where the lift is installed.
