§75 — Importer’s contact information

3. 輸入業者は、昇降機用安全部品上に、又はそれが可能でない場合にはその包装若しくは昇降機用安全部品に添付する文書に、自己の名称、登録商号又は登録商標及び連絡可能な郵便宛先を表示しなければならない。連絡先の詳細は、最終使用者及び市場監視当局が容易に理解できる言語で記載しなければならない。
Importers shall indicate on the safety component for lifts their name, registered trade name or registered trade mark and the postal address at which they can be contacted or, where that is not possible, on its packaging or in a document accompanying the safety component for lifts. The contact details shall be in a language easily understood by end-users and market surveillance authorities.
トレーサビリティの目的のため、輸入業者は、その連絡先情報、すなわち名称、登録商号又は登録商標及び輸入業者に連絡できる郵便住所を安全部品に付さなければならない。それが不可能な場合には、包装又は安全部品に添付される文書に情報を記載することができる。
For the purpose of traceability, the importer must provide its contact information: name, registered trade name or registered trademark and the postal address, at which the importer can be contacted, on the safety component. If this is not possible, the information may be provided on the packaging or the documents accompanying the safety component.
住所又は国名は、安全部品が提供される加盟国の言語に必ずしも翻訳する必要はないが、使用する言語の文字は、会社の所在地及び名称を識別できるものでなければならない。§53の表も参照のこと。
The address or the country does not necessarily have to be translated into the language of the Member State where the safety component is made available, but the characters of the language used must allow identifying the origin and the name of the company. See also a table under § 53.
