§119 — Personnel of the notifying authority

6. 通知当局は、その業務を適切に遂行するため、十分な数の権限ある職員を有しなければならない。
A notifying authority shall have a sufficient number of competent personnel at its disposal for the proper performance of its tasks.
職員は、雇用契約又は公務員法上の地位により、恒常的に届出当局に組み込まれていなければならない。職員は、昇降機指令に定めるノーティファイドボディの要件が満たされているか否かを評価する能力を有しなければならない。
The employees must permanently be integrated in the notifying authority by employment contract or civil service law status. Employees must have the competence to evaluate whether the requirements for notified bodies set out inthe Lifts Directive are met.
