§183 — Requirements of the Machinery Directive that are generally applicable

機械指令のEHSRのいくつかは、一般に昇降機に適用される。以下は非網羅的な例の一覧である。これらのEHSRへの適合方法の例を示すため規格に言及している。ただし、健康及び安全の要件への適合を証明するその他の技術仕様も受け入れられなければならず、同じ価値を有することを強調しなければならない。
Several of the EHSRs of the Machinery Directive are generally applicable to lifts. The following is a non-exhaustive list of examples. References are made to standards to provide examples on how to comply with those EHSRs. However, it must be highlighted that other technical specifications demonstrating the conformity with the health and safety requirements must be also accepted and have the same value.
停止精度
Stopping accuracy
滑り、つまずき又は転落のリスクに関する要件1.5.15は、昇降機がこれらのリスクを防止するよう設計されなければならないことを意味する。したがって、昇降機は、搬器に乗り降りする際に人がつまずき又は転落するリスクを防止するため、十分な精度で乗場に停止しなければならない。
Requirement 1.5.15 relating to the risk of slipping, tripping or falling implies that the lift must be designed to prevent these risks. Consequently, the lift must stop at landings with sufficient accuracy to prevent the risk of persons tripping or falling when entering or leaving the carrier;
停止精度に必要な値は昇降機の意図された使用に関係する。停止精度及び着床精度に関する一般要件は、規格EN 81-20:2020の5.2.1、5.2.2、5.4.7及び5.9項に示されている。
The required value for stopping accuracy is related to the intended use of the lift; the general requirements for stopping and levelling accuracy are given in clause 5.2.1, 5.2.2, 5.4.7 and 5.9 of standard EN 81-20:2020.
1.6. メンテナンス
Maintenance
保守に関する機械指令の1.6の要件は、昇降機及び昇降機用安全部品を安全に点検し保守できることを確保するため、その設計において考慮しなければならない。
The requirements of point 1.6 of the Machinery Directive relating to maintenance must be taken into account in the design of lifts and safety components for lifts in order to ensure that they can be inspected and maintained safely;
機械スペースへのアクセスに関する仕様の例は、規格EN 81-20:2020の5.12.1.7、5.12.1.8、7.2.2、7.2.3、5.2.1.4、5.2.1.5、5.2.2、5.2.3、5.2.4、5.4.8項に示されている。
Examples of specifications concerning access to the machinery spaces are given in clauses 5.12.1.7, 5.12.1.8, 7.2.2, 7.2.3, 5.2.1.4, 5.2.1.5, 5.2.2, 5.2.3, 5.2.4, 5.4.8 of standard EN 81-20:2020.

Electrical equipment
機械指令附属書Iの1.5.1の要件は、低電圧指令（LVD）の安全目標が、LVDの適合性評価手続の対象とはならないものの機械に適用されることを定めている。機械指令適用ガイドを参照のこと。
Requirements of point 1.5.1 of Annex I of the Machinery Directive specifies that the safety objectives of Low Voltage Directive (LVD) apply to machinery although they are not subject to the conformity assessment procedures of the LVD – see Guide to Application of the Machinery Directive.
LVDの適用範囲は昇降機を除外しており、低電圧指令適用ガイドは、昇降機の電気部品はそれ自体としてはLVDの対象とならないことを示している。ただし、昇降機及び昇降機用安全部品の電気機器は、LVD附属書Iに定める安全目標に適合しなければならない。
Scope of LVD excludes lifts and the Guide on Application of Low Voltage Directive indicates that the electrical parts of lifts are not subject to the LVD as such. However, the electrical equipment of lifts and safety components for lifts must comply with the safety objectives set out in Annex I of the LVD.
これは、昇降機及び昇降機用安全部品の電気機器は、低電圧指令の適合性評価手続の対象とはならないものの、低電圧指令2014/35/EU附属書Iに定める安全目標に適合しなければならないことを意味する。第1条第3項に関するコメントを参照のこと。
This means that the electrical equipment of lifts and safety components for lifts must comply with the safety objectives set in Annex I of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU, although they are not subject to the conformity assessment procedures of the Low Voltage Directive – see comments on Article 1(3).
昇降機の電気機器に関する仕様の例は、規格EN 81-20:2020の5.9.2.5、5.10、5.11、5.12項及び附属書Aに示されている。

Contact with moving parts
可動部との接触による昇降機の使用者のリスクは昇降機指令附属書Iの1.5.2、2.3、3.1及び4.1で扱われているが、機械スペースにアクセスする保守及び点検の職員にとっての同じリスクは、機械指令附属書Iの要件1.3.7及び1.3.8の対象となる。
While risks for users of the lift due to contact with moving parts are dealt with in points 1.5.2, 2.3, 3.1 and 4.1 of Annex I to the Lifts Directive, the same risks for maintenance and inspection staff who have access to the machinery spaces are covered by requirements 1.3.7 and 1.3.8 of Annex I to the Machinery Directive.
可動部との接触によるリスクの防止に関する仕様の例は、規格EN 81-20:2020の5.9.1.2、5.2.5.5、5.5.7、0.4.21、5.2.5.5及び5.5.7項に示されている。
