§186 — Relevance of the Construction Product Regulation to lifts

昇降機指令2014/33/EUでは建設製品規則2011/305/EUとの関係に言及されていないが、昇降機指令は建設製品規則のすべての関連する要件を対象としていることを強調することが重要である。進行中の建設製品規則の改正の後、昇降機はもはや建設製品とはみなされない。昇降機は同規則の適用範囲から明示的に除外される。
Although the relationship to the Construction Product Regulation 2011/305/EU has not been mentioned in the Lifts Directive 2014/33/EU it is important to emphasize that the Lifts Directive covers all the relevant requirements of the Construction Products Regulation. After the ongoing revision of the Construction Product Regulation, lifts will not be considered as construction products anymore. Lifts will be explicitly excluded from the Regulation’s scope.
