§140 — The notifications details

The notification shall include full details of the conformity assessment activities, the conformity assessment procedure or procedures and the lifts or the safety components for lifts concerned, and the relevant attestation of competence.
適合性評価機関を届け出る際には、NANDO届出システムが求める完全なデータを提供することが不可欠である。
When notifying a conformity assessment body it is essential that full set of data as required by the NANDO notification system is provided.
NANDOは、合計9つの異なる基準、すなわち法人格、組織の独立性（第三者）、職員の独立性、職業上の誠実性、技術的知識（業務／手続）、技術的訓練／必須要件の知識、公平性、賠償責任保険及び職業上の秘密の提供を求めている。
NANDO requires the overall number of nine different criterias to be provided: legal personality, independence of organisation (third party), independence of personnel, professional integrity, technical knowledge (tasks / procedures), technical training / knowledge of essential requirements, impartiality, liability insurance and professional secrecy.
適合性評価機関の範囲は、各安全部品について関連する附属書／モジュールと組み合わせて記述する必要がある。NANDOは、各適合性評価機関について記入する必要のある表を提供している。
The scope of the conformity assessment body needs to be described for every safety component in combination with the relevant Annex/Module. NANDO provides a table that needs to be completed for every conformity assessment body.
