§26 — National accreditation body

「国家認定機関」とは、規則(EC) No 765/2008第2条第11号に定義する国家認定機関をいう。
'national accreditation body' means national accreditation body as defined in point 11 of Article 2 of Regulation (EC) No 765/2008;
引用された規則は、「国家認定機関」とは、国から付与された権限により認定を行う加盟国内の唯一の機関をいうことを示している。
