§219 — Firefighters’ lifts

火災の場合に使用され得る昇降機の制御回路は、昇降機が特定の階床に停止することを防止でき、かつ、救助隊による昇降機の優先制御を可能にするよう設計及び製造されなければならない。
4.10. The control circuits of lifts which may be used in the event of fire must be designed and manufactured so that lifts may be prevented from stopping at certain levels and allow for priority control of the lift by rescue teams.
一般に、防火規則は、昇降機が設置されている建物で火災が発生した場合の昇降機の使用を禁止している。火災時に昇降機の使用者を保護するための仕様は、要件を満たす手段の一つとして、規格EN 81-73:2020に示されている。
In general, fire prevention rules forbid the use of lifts in the event of a fire in the building in which they are installed. Specifications to protect lift users in the event of fire are given in standard EN 81-73:2020, as one of the means of fulfilling the requirements.
一定の昇降機は、防火区画された乗場へのアクセスのために消防士の管理下で、又は障害者の避難のために建物管理者の管理下で、火災時にも使用を継続できるよう特別に設計されることがある。消防用昇降機に関する仕様は、要件を満たす手段の一つとして、規格EN 81-72:2020に示されている。
Certain lifts may be specially designed to remain in use in the event of fire under the control of fire-fighters for access to fire-protected landings or under the control of the building management for evacuation of persons with disability. Specifications for firefighters’ lifts are given in standard EN 81-72:2020, as one of the means of fulfilling the requirements.

Member States may determine under which conditions a building must be equipped with firefighter’s lift(s).
