§181 評価報告書
§181 — The evaluation report

5. ノーティファイドボディは、第4項に従って行った活動及びその結果を記録する評価報告書を作成しなければならない。届出当局に対する義務を妨げることなく、ノーティファイドボディは、製造業者の同意がある場合に限り、当該報告書の内容の全部又は一部を公開しなければならない。
5. The notified body shall draw up an evaluation report that records the activities undertaken in accordance with point 4 and their outcomes. Without prejudice to its obligations vis-à vis the notifying authorities, the notified body shall release the content of that report, in full or in part, only with the agreement of the manufacturer.
ノーティファイドボディが実施した評価及び試験の結果は、ATEX評価報告書に含めなければならない。
The results of the assessment and tests carried out by the notified body have to be included in an ATEX Assessment Report.
