§130 — Repeal

附属書XIのパートAに掲げる規則により改正された指令94/9/ECは、附属書XIのパートBに定める同指令の国内法化の期限及び適用日に関する加盟国の義務を損なうことなく、2016年4月20日をもって廃止する。
Directive 94/9/EC, as amended by the Regulations listed in Annex XI, Part A, is repealed with effect from 20 April 2016, without prejudice to the obligations of the Member States relating to the time-limits for transposition into national law and the dates of application of the Directive set out in Annex XI, Part B.
廃止された指令への言及は、本指令への言及と解釈され、附属書XIIの対照表に従って読み替えられる。
References to the repealed Directive shall be construed as references to this Directive and shall be read in accordance with the correlation table in Annex XII.
新ATEX指令2014/34/EUは、2016年4月20日に旧指令94/9/ECを廃止した。新たな法令は旧法令の整合及び改正の結果であることを考慮し、廃止日以降に残る指令94/9/ECへの参照は、附属書XIIの相関表に従い、指令2014/34/EUへの参照とみなさなければならない。
The new ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU repealed the previous Directive 94/9/EC on 20 April 2016. Taking into consideration that the new act is the result of the alignment and recast of the previous one, references to Directive 94/9/EC remaining after the repeal date have to be considered as references to Directive 2014/34/EU, according to the correlation table in Annex XII.
