In the absence of harmonized standards, what approach is to be followed for the approval of personnel carrying out permanent joining?

Answer

整合規格がない場合には、製造業者は既存の文書（整合化候補の規格案、業界文書、指針、認定第三者機関／ノーティファイドボディの文書、社内文書等）を参照するか、又は特定の文書を作成しなければならない。

In the absence of harmonized standards, the manufacturer shall refer to an existing document (draft standard candidate for harmonization, professional document, guide, recognised third party/notified body document, company document, etc.) or shall establish a specific document.

そのような文書は、少なくとも次の事項を定めなければならない。

Such a document shall define at least:

- 作業者が使用する機器

- equipment to be used by the personnel;

- 工程の自動化の程度及び作業者が行う作業

- degree of automatization of the process and the operations to be carried out by the personnel;

- 承認試験に用いる試験片を作成する際に適用する条件及び達成すべき結果

- conditions to apply when making the test piece to be used for the test approval and results to be achieved;

- 有効範囲及び有効期間に関する条件

- range of validity and conditions for the duration of the validity.
