Answer

第13条第2項は、分類はより高いカテゴリーを必要とする流体にもとづいて行わなければならないと定めている。適合性評価カテゴリーを決定するには、個々の流体がある時点で実際に占める容積ではなく、第2条第10号に定義する容器の総容積（V）を用いなければならない。

Article 13, paragraph 2 states that the classification shall be on the basis of the fluid which requires the higher category. The total volume (V) of the vessel, as defined in Article 2 (10), shall be used to determine the conformity assessment category, not the actual volume occupied by the individual fluids at any particular time.
