Answer

「タービン列の異なるケーシング間の接続配管、単一のタービンケーシングの2か所間の接続配管及び内部配管」と定義されるタービン配管は、次のように評価される。

Turbine piping defined as “connecting lines between different casings of the turbine train and connecting line between two positions at a single turbine casing and internal piping” is evaluated as follows:

ハザード分析を実施し、機器に適用される指令を決定する最終的な責任は製造業者にある。

The manufacturer has the ultimate responsibility to perform a hazard analysis and to determine the Directives applicable to the equipment.

入口及び出口の配管はタービンの一部ではないため、PEDに照らして別途評価しなければならない。

Inlet and outlet piping is not part of the turbine, so it shall be evaluated separately against PED.
