この除外は、背圧が0.5 bar以下の排気消音器及び吸気消音器のみに関係する。
This exclusion concerns only exhaust and inlet silencers that are subjected to a back-pressure lower or equal to 0,5 bar.
一般に、これらの装置は大気に直接接している。
Generally these devices are directly in contact with atmosphere.
0.5 barを超える背圧を受ける消音器（例えばブースターの出口消音器）は、圧力付属品として指令の対象となる。
Silencers subjected to a back-pressure higher than 0,5 bar (for example outlet silencer of a booster) are submitted to the directive as pressure accessories.
