内容物、主な目的及び安全システムが本質的に同じままである場合には、既存の配管システムの重要でない改造とみなすことができ、したがってPEDの対象とならない。
When the content, main purpose and safety systems remain essentially the same, it may be regarded as a non important modification of an existing piping system and is therefore not covered by the PED.
