それらは圧力機器全体、すなわち溶接部の熱影響部にも適用されるが、非耐圧部には適用されない。
They apply to the pressure equipment in its entirety, i.e. also to the heat affected zones of a weldment, but not to the non pressure-bearing parts.

PEDの附属書I第3.1.1節、第3.1.2節及び第3.1.4節に従い、母材の特性を規定する際には、母材の特性に影響を与えるその後の製造工程を考慮しなければならない。
Subsequent manufacturing processes affecting properties of the base material shall be taken into account when specifying the properties of the base material, as per Annex I, sections 3.1.1, 3.1.2 and 3.1.4 of PED.
