Answer
基礎の強度は、モジュールB EU型式審査（設計型式）、G等においてノーティファイドボディが確認すべき詳細には含まれない。ただし、製造業者は、PEDの附属書Iの第3.4節により、圧力機器の設置に責任を負う者が基礎を設計できるよう、関連情報（支持力等）を提供する義務を負う（附属書I第2.2.1節を参照）。
The strength of the foundations does not belong to the details to be checked by notified bodies in Module B EU-Type examination – Design type, G etc. But the manufacturer, obliged by section 3.4 of Annex I of PED, must give relevant information (support forces etc) so that the body responsible for installation of the pressure equipment can design the grounding (see Annex I, section 2.2.1).
