第91条 規則(EU) 2019/1020の改正

Article 91 — Amendments to Regulation (EU) 2019/1020

規則(EU) 2019/1020を次のとおり改正する。
Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 is amended as follows:
(1)第4条(5)において、「(EU) 2016/425 35 and (EU) 2016/426 36」の文言を次のとおり置き換える。
(1)in Article 4(5), the text ‘(EU) 2016/425 35 and (EU) 2016/426 36 ’ is replaced by the following:
「(EU) 2016/425、(EU) 2016/426及び(EU) 2023/1542
‘(EU) 2016/425, (EU) 2016/426 and (EU) 2023/1542
(2)附属書Iにおいて、連合整合法令の一覧の第21号を次のとおり置き換える。
(2)in Annex I, point 21 of the list of Union harmonisation legislation is replaced by the following:
‘21.電池及び廃電池に関し、指令2008/98/EC及び規則(EU) 2019/1020を改正し、並びに指令2006/66/ECを廃止する2023年7月12日の欧州議会及び理事会規則(EU) 2023/1542（OJ L 191, 28.7.2023, p. 1）」
‘21.Regulation (EU) 2023/1542 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 July 2023 concerning batteries and waste batteries, amending Directive 2008/98/EC and Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 and repealing Directive 2006/66/EC (OJ L 191, 28.7.2023, p. 1);’.
