第96条発効及び適用

Article 96 — Entry into force and application

1.　本規則は、欧州連合官報に公表された日の後20日目に発効する。

1. This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

2.　本規則は、第2段落及び本規則のその他の規定に定める場合を除き、2024年2月18日から適用する。

2. It shall apply from 18 February 2024, save as set out in the second subparagraph and in other provisions of this Regulation.

次の規定は、次のとおり適用する。

The following provisions shall apply as follows:

(a)第11条は2027年2月18日から適用する。

(a)Article 11 shall apply from 18 February 2027;

(b)第17条及び第VI章は2024年8月18日から適用する。ただし、第17条(2)は、第30条(2)に規定する一覧の最初の公表日から12か月後から適用する。

(b)Article 17 and Chapter VI shall apply from 18 August 2024, except for Article 17(2) which shall apply from 12 months after the date of the first publication of the list referred to in Article 30(2);

(c)第VIII章は2025年8月18日から適用する。

(c)Chapter VIII shall apply from 18 August 2025.
