1.　水銀　CAS No 7439-97-6　EC No 231-106-7及びその化合物1. Mercury CAS No 7439-97-6 EC No 231-106-7 and its compounds	電池は、機器、軽輸送手段その他の車両に組み込まれているか否かを問わず、重量比で0.0005%を超える水銀（金属水銀として表す。）を含んではならない。Batteries, whether or not incorporated into appliances, light means of transport or other vehicles, shall not contain more than 0,0005 % of mercury (expressed as mercury metal) by weight.
2.　カドミウム　CAS No 7440-43-9　EC No 231-152-8及びその化合物2. Cadmium CAS No 7440-43-9 EC No 231-152-8 and its compounds	携帯用電池は、機器、軽輸送手段その他の車両に組み込まれているか否かを問わず、重量比で0.002%を超えるカドミウム（金属カドミウムとして表す。）を含んではならない。Portable batteries, whether or not incorporated into appliances, light means of transport or other vehicles, shall not contain more than 0,002 % of cadmium (expressed as cadmium metal) by weight.
3.　鉛　CAS No 7439-92-1　EC No 231-100-4及びその化合物3. Lead CAS No 7439-92-1 EC No 231-100-4 and its compounds	1.　2024年8月18日から、携帯用電池は、機器に組み込まれているか否かを問わず、重量比で0.01%を超える鉛（金属鉛として表す。）を含んではならない。2.　第1号に定める制限は、2028年8月18日まで携帯用空気亜鉛ボタン電池には適用されない。1. From 18 August 2024, portable batteries, whether or not incorporated into appliances, shall not contain more than 0,01 % of lead (expressed as lead metal) by weight. 2. The restriction set out in point 1 shall not apply to portable zinc-air button cells until 18 August 2028.
