第95条廃止及び経過規定

Article 95 — Repeal and transitional rules

指令2006/66/ECは、2025年8月18日をもって廃止する。

Directive 2006/66/EC is repealed with effect from 18 August 2025.

ただし、次の規定は、以下に定めるとおり引き続き適用される。

However, the following provisions shall continue to apply as set out below:

(a)第11条は2027年2月18日まで

(a)Article 11 until 18 February 2027;

(b)第12条(4)及び(5)は2025年12月31日まで。ただし、欧州委員会へのデータの送付に関する規定は2027年6月30日まで引き続き適用される。

(b)Article 12(4) and (5) until 31 December 2025, except as regards the provision concerning transmission of data to the Commission which shall continue to apply until 30 June 2027;

(c)第21条(2)は2026年8月18日まで

(c)Article 21(2) until 18 August 2026.

廃止された指令への言及は、本規則への言及と解釈される。

References to the repealed Directive shall be construed as references to this Regulation.
