2.3 — Manufacturer

The RED defines in Article 10 a set of requirements to be met by manufacturers in order to place radio equipment on the EU market:
c) 機器が少なくとも一つの加盟国で運用できることを確保すること（第2.8.c節参照）
c) Ensure that the equipment can operate in at least one Member State (see section 2.8.c)
e) 製品に添付するEU適合宣言書／簡易EU適合宣言書を作成すること（第2.8.e節参照）
e) Draw up a EU-DoC / simplified EU-DoC which shall accompany the product (see section 2.8.e)
f) CEマーキング及び該当する場合にはノーティファイドボディの番号を付すこと（第2.8.f節参照）
f) Affix CE marking and notified body number if applicable (see section 2.8.f)
g) 識別を可能にする型式、バッチ若しくは製造番号又はその他の要素を機器に付すこと（第2.8.g節参照）
g) Add type or batch or serial number or other element to the equipment allowing its identification (see section 2.8.g)
h) トレーサビリティ情報（住所など）を機器に付すこと（第2.8.h節参照）
h) Add traceability information to the equipment (address, etc…) (see section 2.8.h)
i) 制限がある場合には地理的情報を付すこと（第2.8.i節参照）
i) Add geographical information in case of restrictions (see section 2.8.i)
j) 機器に、取扱説明書及び安全情報（該当する場合には、無線機器が意図したとおりに動作することを可能にする付属品及び部品（ソフトウェアを含む。）の説明を含む。）が添付されることを確保すること（製造業者は、自らの無線機器の意図された使用を定めることができる唯一の経済事業者であり、他のいかなる経済事業者も意図された使用を変更することはできない。）。
j) Ensure that the equipment is accompanied by instructions and safety information including, where applicable, a description of accessories and components, including software, which allow the radio equipment to operate as intended (the manufacturer is the only economic operator that can define the intended use of his radio equipment, no other economic operator may change the intended use).
これらの説明書には、無線機器が使用する周波数帯及び電力に関する情報、並びに該当する場合には無線機器の充電能力及び互換性のある充電デバイスに関する仕様の情報も含めなければならない（第2.8.j節参照）。
These instructions shall also include information about the frequency bands, power used by the radio equipment and where applicable information on the specifications relating to the radio equipment’s charging capabilities and the compatible charging devices (see section 2.8. j).
k) 量産品が引き続き指令に適合することを確保すること（第2.8.k節参照）
k) Ensure that series of production remain in conformity with the Directive (see section 2.8.k)
l) 適切と判断される場合には、EU市場で提供された無線機器の抜取り試験を実施し、調査し、必要な場合には苦情、不適合な無線機器及び無線機器のリコールの記録簿を保持し、そのような監視について販売業者に情報を提供すること（第2.8.l節参照）
l) When deemed appropriate, carry out sample testing of radio equipment made available on the EU market, investigate, and, if necessary, keep a register of complaints, of non-conforming radio equipment and radio equipment recalls, and shall keep distributors informed of any such monitoring. (see section 2.8.l)
m) 既にEU市場に上市された製品が不適合である場合には直ちに措置を講ずること（第2.8.m節参照）
m) Take immediate actions in case of non-compliance of products already placed on the EU market. (see section 2.8.m)
n) 権限ある国内当局と協力すること（第2.8.n節参照）
n) Cooperate with competent national authorities. (see section 2.8.n)
