a) 無線機器をEU市場で提供する際、この指令の要件に関して相当の注意をもって行動すること。
a) act with due care in relation to the requirements of this Directive when making radio equipment available on the EU market,
b) 次のことを確認すること。
b) verify that:
ii. 無線機器に取扱説明書及び安全上の指示が添付されていること（第2.8.j節）
ii. radio equipment is accompanied by instructions as well as safety instructions (Section 2.8.j),
iii. 製造業者が、機器が少なくとも一つの加盟国で運用できることを確保したこと（第2.8.c節参照）
iii. the manufacturer has ensured that his equipment can operate in at least one Member State (see Section 2.8.c),
iv. 製造業者が、識別を可能にする型式、バッチ若しくは製造番号又はその他の要素を機器に付したこと（第2.8.g節）
iv. the manufacturer has added a type, batch or serial number or other element to the equipment allowing its identification (Section 2.8.g),
v. 製造業者が、トレーサビリティ情報を機器に付したこと（第2.8.h節）
v. the manufacturer has added traceability information to the equipment (Section 2.8.h),
vi. 製造業者が、製品に添付すべきEU適合宣言書／簡易EU適合宣言書を作成したこと（第2.8.e節）
vi. the manufacturer has drawn up an EU-DoC/ simplified EU-DoC which shall accompany the product (Section 2.8.e),
vii. 製造業者が、制限がある場合には地理的情報を付したこと（第2.8.i節）
vii. the manufacturer has added geographical information in case of restrictions (Section 2.8.i),
viii. 輸入業者（存在する場合）が、トレーサビリティ情報を機器に付したこと（第2.5.d節）
viii. the importer (if he exists) has added traceability information to the equipment (Section 2.5.d),
ix. フルフィルメントサービス提供者が、自らのトレーサビリティ情報（名称、住所など）を機器又はその包装、小包若しくは添付文書に付したこと。
ix. the fulfilment service provider has added his traceability information (his name, address, etc…) to the equipment, or on its packaging, the parcel or an accompanying document;
c) 無線機器が第3条に定める必須要件に適合していないと判断し、又はそう信ずる理由がある場合には、当該無線機器をEU市場で提供しないこと。無線機器がリスクをもたらす場合には、販売業者はその旨を製造業者又は輸入業者及び市場監視当局に通知しなければならない。
c) not make radio equipment available on the EU market if he considers or has reason to believe that radio equipment is not in conformity with the essential requirements set out in Article 3. If the radio equipment presents a risk, the distributor shall inform the manufacturer or the importer and the market surveillance authorities to that effect.
e) 無線機器が自らの責任下にある間、保管又は輸送の条件が第3条に定める必須要件への適合を損なわないことを確保すること。
d) ensure that, while radio equipment is under their responsibility, its storage or transport conditions do not jeopardize its compliance with the essential requirements set out in Article 3.
g) 既にEU市場に上市された製品が不適合である場合には直ちに措置を講ずること。
e) take immediate actions in case of non-compliance of products already placed on the EU market
f) 権限ある国内当局と協力すること。
f) cooperate with national competent authorities.
g) 消費者その他のエンドユーザーが、共通充電インターフェースUSB-Cを装備しなければならない無線機器を充電デバイスと一緒に取得する可能性がある場合には、消費者その他のエンドユーザーが当該無線機器を充電デバイスなしで取得する可能性を有すること。
g) if consumers and other end-users have the possibility to acquire radio equipment that has to be equipped with the common charging interface USB-C together with a charging device, the consumers and other end- users shall have the possibility of acquiring that radio equipment without any charging device.
