2.6 — Fulfilment service provider

フルフィルメントサービス提供者とは、EU域内に所在する自然人又は法人であって、商業活動の過程において、関係する製品の所有権を有することなく、保管、包装、宛名付け及び発送のうち少なくとも二つのサービスを提供するものをいう。
Fulfilment service providers are any natural or legal person located in the EU offering, in the course of a commercial activity, at least two of the following services: warehousing, packaging, addressing and dispatching, without having ownership of the products involved.
製造業者がEU域内に設立されておらず、輸入業者も認定代理人も存在しない場合には、フルフィルメントサービス提供者（存在する場合）のトレーサビリティ情報を、製品又はその包装、小包若しくは添付文書に表示しなければならない。
Where the manufacturer is not established in the EU and there is neither an importer nor an authorised representative, the traceability information of the fulfilment service provider (if he exists) shall be indicated on the product or on its packaging, the parcel or an accompanying document.
