6.3 — Revision of harmonised standards

第3条第2項又は第3項に対する適合の推定をもはや与えない置き換えられた整合規格を適用し、新たな整合規格を適用することを望まない製造業者は、無線機器のEU市場への上市を継続するためにノーティファイドボディを関与させる必要がある。
Manufacturers who have applied a superseded harmonised standard which no longer provides presumption of conformity against art. 3.2 or 3.3 and do not wish to apply the new harmonised standard, need to involve a notified body in order to continue placing the radio equipment on the EU market.
