無線機器は、一般に、RoHS（有害物質の使用制限）、WEEE（廃電気電子機器）、REACH（化学物質の登録、評価、認可及び制限）、包装、ESPR及び外部電源（EPS）に関するエコデザイン規則などの環境法令の対象でもある。
Radio equipment is generally also covered by environmental legislation such as RoHS (Restrictions of Hazardous Substances), WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment), REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals), Packaging, ESPR and Ecodesign Regulation for EPSes.
