2.5 — Importer

a) 適合する無線機器のみをEU市場に上市することを確保すること。
a) ensure that he is only placing compliant radio equipment on the EU market,
b) 製造業者が次のことを行ったことを確保すること。
b) ensure that the manufacturer has:
ii. 機器が少なくとも一つの加盟国で運用できることを確保したこと（第2.8.c節参照）
ii. ensured that his equipment can operate in at least one Member State (see section 2.8.c),
v. 機器に取扱説明書及び安全情報が添付されることを確保したこと（第2.8.j節）
v. ensured that the equipment is accompanied by instructions and safety information (Section 2.8.j),
vi. 製品に添付すべきEU適合宣言書／簡易EU適合宣言書を作成したこと（第2.8.e節）
vi. drawn up a EU-DoC / simplified EU-DoC which should accompany the product (Section 2.8.e),
vii. 制限がある場合には地理的情報を付したこと（第2.8.i節）
vii. added geographical information in case of restrictions (Section 2.8.i),
viii. 識別を可能にする型式、バッチ若しくは製造番号又はその他の要素を機器に付したこと（第2.8.g節）
viii. added a type, batch or serial number or other element to the equipment allowing its identification (Section 2.8.g),
ix. トレーサビリティ情報を機器に付したこと（第2.8.h節）
ix. added traceability information to the equipment (Section 2.8.h),
c) 無線機器が第3条に定める必須要件に適合していないと判断し、又はそう信ずる理由がある場合には、当該無線機器をEU市場に上市しないこと。無線機器がリスクをもたらす場合には、輸入業者はその旨を製造業者及び市場監視当局に通知しなければならない。
c) not place a radio equipment on the EU market if he considers or has reason to believe that radio equipment is not in conformity with the essential requirements set out in Article 3. If the radio equipment presents a risk, the importer shall inform the manufacturer and the market surveillance authorities to that effect.
d) 追加のトレーサビリティ情報（自らの名称、住所など）を機器に付すこと。
d) add additional traceability information to the equipment (their name, address, etc…)
e) 無線機器が自らの責任下にある間、保管又は輸送の条件が第3条に定める必須要件への適合を損なわないことを確保すること。
e) ensure that, while radio equipment is under their responsibility, its storage or transport conditions do not jeopardize its compliance with the essential requirements set out in Article 3.
f) 適切と判断される場合には、EU市場で提供された無線機器の抜取り試験を実施し、調査し、必要な場合には苦情、不適合な無線機器及び無線機器のリコールの記録簿を保持し、そのような監視について販売業者に情報を提供すること。
f) when deemed appropriate, carry out sample testing of radio equipment made available on the EU market, investigate, and, if necessary, keep a register of complaints, of non-conforming radio equipment and radio equipment recalls, and shall keep distributors informed of any such monitoring
g) 既にEU市場に上市された製品が不適合である場合には直ちに措置を講ずること。
g) take immediate actions in case of non-compliance of products already placed on the EU market
h) 無線機器のEU市場への上市後10年間、EU適合宣言書の写しを市場監視当局の利用に供し、要請に応じて技術文書を当該当局に提供できることを確保すること。輸入業者は、監視当局から要請があったときに文書が提供される旨の書面による正式な保証を製造業者に求めることが推奨される。
h) for a period of 10 years after the radio equipment has been placed on the EU market, keep a copy of the EU EU-DoC at the disposal of the market surveillance authorities and ensure that the TD can be made available to those authorities, upon request. The importer is advised to require formal assurance in writing from the manufacturer that the document will be made available when requested by the surveillance authority.
i) 権限ある国内当局と協力すること。
i) cooperate with competent national authorities
j) 共通充電インターフェース要件の対象となる無線機器を消費者その他のエンドユーザーに提供する場合、輸入業者は次のことを確保しなければならない。
j) When making the radio equipment covered by the common charging interface requirements available to consumers and other end-users, importers shall ensure that:
i. 共通充電インターフェースUSB-Cを装備しなければならない無線機器に、対応する使用者向け情報が添付されること（第2.6.o節）
i. radio equipment that has to be equipped with the common charging interface USB-C is accompanied by the according user information (Section 2.6.o)
ii. 消費者その他のエンドユーザーが、共通充電インターフェースUSB-Cを装備しなければならない無線機器を充電デバイスと一緒に取得する可能性がある場合には、消費者その他のエンドユーザーが当該無線機器を充電デバイスなしで取得する可能性を有すること。
ii. if consumers and other end-users have the possibility to acquire radio equipment that has to be equipped with the common charging interface USB-C together with a charging device, the consumers and other end-users shall have the possibility of acquiring that radio equipment without any charging device.
