EU製品規則の実施に関する公式ガイド（2022年版）の該当箇所です。
CEマーキングは「品質マーク」や「安全認証マーク」ではなく、製造業者が要件への適合を自ら宣言したことを示す表示です。一般原則は規則（EC）No 765/2008の第30条に定められています。
貼付のルール
CEマーキングの貼付を定めていない法令（例：GPSRの一般消費者製品）だけが適用される製品には、CEマーキングを付けることはできません。
