2020年2月1日以降、英国は欧州連合から離脱し、「第三国」となった。
Since 1 February 2020, the United Kingdom has withdrawn from the European Union and has become a ‘third country’.
英国の離脱がREDに及ぼす影響は、利害関係者向けの通知で説明されている。RED第10条第10項に関しては、個別の指針文書が存在する。
The consequences of the withdrawal of the UK for the RED is explained in a notice to stakeholders. In relation to article 10.10 RED there exist a specific guidance document.
EU適合宣言書（又は簡易版）は、適用されるEU法令への適合のみを宣言しなければならない（したがって第三国の法令に言及すべきではない。）。ただし、これは、製造業者が第三国の法令への適合のために他の証明書又は宣言書を別途含めることを禁止するものではない。
The EU Declaration of Conformity (or the simplified one) shall declare compliance with the applicable EU legislation only (hence should not refer to legislation of third countries). This however does not prohibit a manufacturer from including, separately, other certificates or declarations for the purposes of compliance with legislation of third countries.
