9.2 — Commission Decisions adopted under the R&TTED

R&TTED）への言及はこの指令（すなわちRED）への言及と解釈すると定めている。
R&TTED) shall be construed as references to this Directive (i.e. the RED).
したがって、R&TTEDの下で採択された欧州委員会決定は、REDと両立しない場合を除き、廃止されるまでREDの下で引き続き適用される。
Therefore, any Commission Decisions, adopted under the R&TTED, remain applicable under the RED to the extent that they are not incompatible with the RED, until they are repealed.
R&TTED第3条第3項の下で採択された決定は、次のとおりである。
For the Decisions adopted under Article 3(3) of the R&TTED, these are the following:
a) コスパス・サーサット遭難信号発信機の緊急サービスへのアクセスを確保する、欧州議会及び理事会指令1999/5/ECに規定する必須要件に関する2005年8月29日の欧州委員会決定2005/631/EC（OJ L 225, 31.8.2005, p. 28）
a) Commission Decision 2005/631/EC of 29 August 2005 concerning essential requirements as referred to in Directive 1999/5/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council ensuring access of Cospas-Sarsat locator beacons to emergency services (OJ L 225, 31.8.2005, p. 28);
b) 船舶自動識別装置（AIS）に参加することを意図した無線機器への欧州議会及び理事会指令1999/5/EC第3条第3項(e)の適用に関する2005年1月25日の欧州委員会決定2005/53/EC（OJ L 22, 26.1.2005, p. 14）
b) Commission Decision 2005/53/EC of 25 January 2005 on the application of Article 3(3)(e) of Directive 1999/5/EC of the European Parliament and the Council to radio equipment intended to participate in the Automatic Identification System (AIS) (OJ L 22, 26.1.2005, p. 14);
c) 非SOLAS船舶で使用され全世界的な海上遭難安全システム（GMDSS）に参加することを意図した船舶用無線通信機器に関する必須要件に関する2013年8月12日の欧州委員会決定2013/638/EU（OJ L 296, 7.11.2013, p. 22）
c) Commission Decision 2013/638/EU of 12 August 2013 on essential requirements relating to marine radio communication equipment which is intended to be used on non-SOLAS vessels and to participate in the Global Maritime Distress and Safety System (GMDSS) (OJ L 296, 7.11.2013, p. 22);
d) 雪崩ビーコンへの指令1999/5/EC第3条第3項(e)の適用に関する2001年2月21日の欧州委員会決定2001/148/EC（OJ L 55, 24.2.2001, p. 65）
d) Commission Decision 2001/148/EC of 21 February 2001 on the application of Article 3(3)(e) of Directive 1999/5/EC to avalanche beacons (OJ L 55, 24.2.2001, p. 65);
e) 内陸水路における無線電話サービスに関する地域取決めの対象となる無線機器への指令1999/5/EC第3条第3項(e)の適用に関する2000年9月22日の欧州委員会決定2000/637/EC（OJ L 269, 21.10.2000, p. 50）。欧州委員会決定2005/631/EC。
e) Commission Decision 2000/637/EC of 22 September 2000 on the application of Article 3(3)(e) of Directive 1999/5/EC to radio equipment covered by the regional arrangement concerning the radiotelephone service on inland waterways (OJ L 269, 21.10.2000, p. 50). Commission Decision 2005/631/EC.
さらに、R&TTED第4条第1項の下で採択された、無線機器及び電気通信端末機器の初期分類並びに関連する識別子を定める2000年4月6日の欧州委員会決定2000/299/ECは、「警告標示」に言及する規定を除き、引き続き有効である。
In addition, Commission Decision 2000/299/EC of 6 April 2000 establishing the initial classification of radio equipment and telecommunications terminal equipment and associated identifiers, adopted under Article 4.1 of the R&TTED, remains valid except for the provisions that refer to the 'Alert sign'.
