加盟国は、EU市場に上市されたREDの対象となる無線機器がREDの要件に適合することを確保するため、あらゆる適切な措置を講ずることを求められる。

Member States are required to take all appropriate measures to ensure that radio equipment covered by the RED which is placed on the EU market complies with the requirements of the RED.

RED自体が第39条から第43条までにおいて市場監視の要件を定めており、また規則2019/1020に言及している。加盟国において監視をどのように組織し実施すべきかに関する詳細な規定は、ブルーガイド第7章に示されている。

The RED itself sets requirements for market surveillance in Articles 39-43 and also it refers to Regulation 2019/1020. Detailed provisions on how surveillance should be organised and carried out in the Member States are given in chapter 7 of the Blue Guide.
