12.2 — Common Charger Info Sheet
欧州委員会が公表する公式ガイダンス2026年7月7日版の参考訳です。ガイドは法的拘束力を持たず、疑義がある場合は英語版が基準となります。色付きの枠は指令本文の引用、それ以外が欧州委員会の解説です。
指令（EU）2014/53（RED — 無線機器指令）の対象となり、有線充電により再充電できる、所定の区分又はクラスの無線機器（「適用」を参照）は、次のことを満たさなければならない。
Determined categories or classes of radio equipment (see “Application”) covered by the Directive (EU) 2014/53 (RED - Radio Equipment Directive) and capable of being recharged by means of wired charging shall:
規格EN IEC 62680-1-3:2022に記述されるUSB Type-Cレセプタクルを装備し、当該レセプタクルは常にアクセス可能かつ動作可能でなければならない。
Be equipped with the USB Type-C receptacle, as described in the standard EN IEC 62680-1- 3:2022 and that receptacle shall remain accessible and operational at all times;
規格EN IEC 62680-1-3:2022に適合するケーブルで充電できること。
Be capable of being charged with cables which comply with the standard EN IEC 62680-1- 3:2022;
5ボルトを超える電圧、3アンペアを超える電流又は15ワットを超える電力での有線充電により再充電できる限りにおいて、「適用」に規定する区分又はクラスの無線機器は、次のことを満たさなければならない。
In so far as they are capable of being recharged by means of wired charging at voltages higher than 5 Volts, currents higher than 3 Amperes or powers higher than 15 Watts, the categories or classes of radio equipment referred to in point “Application” shall:
規格EN IEC 62680-1-2:2022に記述されるUSB Power Deliveryを組み込むこと。
Incorporate the USB Power Delivery, as described in the standard EN IEC 62680-1- 2:2022;
使用する充電デバイスにかかわらず、追加の充電プロトコルが、規格EN IEC 62680-1-2:2022に記述されるUSB Power Deliveryの完全な機能を可能にすることを確保すること。
Ensure that any additional charging protocol allows for the full functionality of the USB Power Delivery as described in the standard EN IEC 62680-1-2:2022, irrespective of the charging device used.

Following information shall be indicated, and may be made available in addition by means of QR codes or similar electronic solutions:
当該無線機器に使用できる有線充電デバイスの電力要件の説明。無線機器の充電に必要な最小電力及び最大充電速度で無線機器を充電するために必要な最大電力をワットで表し、「充電器が供給する電力は、無線機器が必要とする最小［xx］ワットから、最大充電速度を達成するための最大［yy］ワットの間でなければならない」という文言を表示する。ワット数は、それぞれ無線機器が必要とする最小電力及び最大充電速度を達成するために無線機器が必要とする最大電力を表すものとする。
Description of the power requirements of the wired charging devices that can be used with that radio equipment, including the minimum power required to charge the radio equipment, and the maximum power required to charge the radio equipment at the maximum charging speed expressed in Watts by displaying the text: ‘the power delivered by the charger must be between min [xx] Watts required by the radio equipment, and max [yy] Watts in order to achieve the maximum charging speed’. The number of Watts shall express, respectively, the minimum power required by the radio equipment, and the maximum power required by the radio equipment to achieve the maximum charging speed;

Description of the specifications relating to charging capabilities of the radio equipment, in so far as it is capable of being recharged by means of wired charging at voltages higher than 5 Volts or currents higher than 3 Amperes or powers higher than 15 Watts, including an indication that the radio equipment supports the USB Power Delivery charging protocol by displaying the text ‘USB PD fast charging’ and an indication of any other supported charging protocol by displaying its name in text format.

Information on the specifications relating to the radio equipment’s charging capabilities and the compatible charging devices. In addition to being included in the instructions,
製造業者がそのような無線機器を消費者その他のエンドユーザーに提供する場合には、この情報をラベルにも表示しなければならない。ラベルは、取扱説明書及び包装に印刷し、又はステッカーとして包装に貼付しなければならない。包装がない場合には、ラベルのステッカーを無線機器に貼付しなければならない。
when the manufacturers make such radio equipment available to consumers and other end-users, the information shall be also displayed on a label. The label shall be printed in the instructions and on the packaging or affixed to the packaging as a sticker. In the absence of packaging, the sticker with the label shall be affixed to the radio equipment.
無線機器を消費者その他のエンドユーザーに提供する場合には、ラベルを視認可能かつ判読可能な方法で表示し、遠隔販売の場合には価格表示の近くに表示しなければならない。無線機器の大きさ又は性質によりそれ以外の方法がとれない場合には、ラベルを無線機器に添付する別個の文書として印刷することができる。
When the radio equipment is made available to consumers and other end-users, the label shall be displayed in a visible and legible manner and, in the case of distance selling, close to the price indication. Where the size or nature of the radio equipment does not allow otherwise, the label may be printed as a separate document accompanying the radio equipment.

The label may vary in appearance (e.g. as to its color, solid or hollow, line thickness), if it remains visible and legible. If the label is reduced or enlarged, the proportions set out in the drawing in point 1 of this Part shall be maintained. The dimension “a” referred to in point 1 of this Part shall be greater than or equal to 7 mm, irrespective of the variation.”

指令（EU）2022/2380は、充電ケーブルも充電器自体も対象としておらず、これらは規則（EU）2019/1782及びとりわけLVD（2014/35/EU）及びEMCD（2014/30/EU）などのその他の適用される法令により規制される。
Directive (EU) 2022/2380 does not cover the charging cable nor the charger itself which will be regulated by Regulation (EU) 2019/1782 and other applicable legislation such as among others LVD (2014/35/EU) and EMCD (2014/30/EU).
適用範囲／適用 この法令は、有線充電により再充電され、EUにおいて初めて上市される、次の区分又はクラスの無線機器の個々の製品に適用される。
Scope/Application This legislation is applicable to individual products from following categories or classes of radio equipment being recharged by means of wired charging and that will first be placed on the market in the EU:

既存の製品に関しては、新たな規則は、既に販売されている「モデル」に属するか否かにかかわらず、適用開始日（上記参照）以降にEUにおいて初めて「EU市場に上市される」すべてのデバイスに適用される。REDは、商業上の用語である「モデル」の概念を認めていない。新たな規則の適用開始前にEU市場に上市された機器の既存在庫が、新たな規則の適用開始後に適法に販売されることは妨げられない。「ブルーガイド」は、特に第2節において、この点に関するさらなる詳細な指針を含んでいる。
Regarding existing products, the new rules will apply to all devices that will first be ‘placed on the EU market’ in the EU, on or after the entry into application (see above), regardless of whether they are of a ‘model’ already marketed. The RED does not recognise the notion of ‘model’, which is a commercial term. This will not prevent existing stock of equipment that have been placed on the EU market before the entry into application of the new rules from being sold legally after the entry into application of the new rules. The ‘Blue Guide’ contains further detailed guidance on that matter, notably in section 2.
