10.10 — National legislation

国内法令は、EU法が定める限度に従い、EU整合法令（REDなど）の適用範囲外の側面を規制することができる。
National legislation can regulate aspects outside the scope of the EU harmonisation legislation (such as the RED), subuct to the limits set by EU law.
経済事業者は、REDの対象となる製品の提供に影響を及ぼしうるそのような国内法令を認識しておくべきである。例えば、使用前に免許を取得する要件など、オンライン販売において一定の情報を提供しなければならないことを義務付ける国内法令、取扱説明書若しくは広告においてSAR値を表示する義務、又は一定の用途若しくは環境における特定の無線機器の使用若しくは設置を禁止する国内法令である。
Economic operators should be aware of such national legislation that can affect the making available of products covered by the RED, e.g. national legislation that obliges that certain information needs to be provided for online sales such as the requirement to obtain a license before the use, or the obligation to display the SAR values in the manual or in advertisements or prohibiting the use or installation of specfic radio equipment in certain applications or environments.
