§48 — Transposition

Transposition

1.　加盟国は、2016年4月19日までに、第2条、第3条第1段落、第4条、第6条から第12条まで、第13条(1)、第14条から第25条まで並びに附属書II、III及びIVを遵守するために必要な法律、規則及び行政規定を採択し、公表しなければならない。加盟国は、直ちに当該措置の本文を欧州委員会に通知しなければならない。

1. Member States shall adopt and publish, by 19 April 2016, the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply with Article 2, the first paragraph of Article 3, Article 4, Articles 6 to 12, Article 13(1), Articles 14 to 25 and Annexes II, III and IV. They shall forthwith communicate the text of those measures to the Commission.

加盟国は、2016年4月20日から当該措置を適用しなければならない。

この指令への言及を含め、又はその公式な公表の際にそのような言及を付さなければならない。また、この指令により廃止された指令への既存の法律、規則及び行政規定における言及は、この指令への言及と解釈する旨の記述も含めなければならない。加盟国は、当該言及の方法及び当該記述の表現を定める。

Directive or be accompanied by such a reference on the occasion of their official publication. They shall also include a statement that references in existing laws, regulations and administrative provisions to the Directive repealed by this Directive shall be construed as references to this Directive. Member States shall determine how such reference is to be made and how that statement is to be formulated.

2.　加盟国は、本指令の対象となる分野において採択する国内法の主要な規定の本文を欧州委員会に通知しなければならない。

2. Member States shall communicate to the Commission the texts of the main provisions of national law which they adopt in the field covered by this Directive.

LVD（2014/35/EU）の適用日の前日である2016年4月19日までに採択され公表される、各EU加盟国の国内法令にLVDを国内法化する国内法令は、次の規定に従わなければならない。

The national legal acts to be adopted and published by 19 April 2016 - the day before the applicability of the LVD (2014/35/EU) - transposing the LVD into the national legislation of each EU Member State must comply with the following provisions:
