Union market surveillance and control of electrical equipment entering the Union market
Article 15(3) and Articles 16 to 29 of Regulation (EC) No 765/2008 shall apply to electrical equipment.
LVD第18条が言及する規則（EC）No 765/2008の各条は、市場監視の枠組み及び連合市場に入る製品の管理に関する要件を定めている。LVDに関しては、これらの条はLVDの適用範囲に含まれる電気機器に適用される。
The Articles of Regulation no (EC) No 765/2008, referred to in Article 18 of the LVD, set out requirements for market surveillance framework and controls of products entering the Union market. Regarding the LVD, these Articles apply to the electrical equipment falling into the scope of the LVD.
