§10 — Free movement

Free movement
加盟国は、本指令の対象となる側面について、本指令に適合する電気機器の市場での提供を妨げてはならない。
The Member States shall not impede, for the aspects covered by this Directive, the making available on the market of electrical equipment which complies with this Directive.
EU加盟国間の貿易障壁を除去し、製品の自由な移動を強化するという目的は、この自由移動条項に示されており、同条項は法令に適合する製品の自由な移動を保証している。したがって、加盟国は、LVDのすべての規定に適合する製品の市場での提供を妨げることはできない。
The objective of eliminating trade barriers among the EU Member States and of strengthening the free movement of products is stated in this free movement clause, which guarantees the free movement of products complying with the legislation. Therefore, Member States cannot impede the making available on the market of a product which complies with all the provisions of the LVD.
製品の自由な移動は、「ブルーガイド（EU製品規則の実施に関するガイド）」第8章「EU域内における製品の自由な移動」で説明されている。
