§19 — Language requirements

LVDは、製造業者（及びサプライチェーンにおけるその他の者）に対し、関係加盟国の市場監視当局が容易に理解できる言語で文書を提出するよう求めている。「ブルーガイド（EU製品規則の実施に関するガイド）」第3.1章は、この点に関する指針を示している。
The LVD requires that the manufacturer (and others in the supply chain) present documents in the language easily understood by market surveillance authorities of the Member State concerned. “The ‘Blue Guide’ on the implementation of EU product rules” in its chapter 3.1 provides guidance on this topic.
