§34 — General principles of the CE marking

CEマーキングの一般原則

General principles of the CE marking

CEマーキングは、規則（EC）No 765/2008第30条に定める一般原則に従う。

The CE marking shall be subject to the general principles set out in Article 30 of

規則(EC) No 765/2008

Regulation (EC) No 765/2008.

CEマーキングは、電気機器が、LVD及びそれに適用されるその他すべての指令に定める必須要件及び適合性評価手続に適合していることを表明するものである。

The CE marking declares conformity of the electrical equipment with the essential requirements and conformity assessment procedures set out under the LVD and all the other directives applicable to it.

前文第23項は、「新しい法的枠組み」規則765/2008第30条に定める一般原則に言及して、CEマーキングに関する規定を導入している。LVDは、第16条及び第17条において、これらの規定への言及並びにCEマーキング及びその他の表示の貼付に関する規則及び条件を含んでいる。

Recital 23 introduces the provisions related to the CE marking, making reference to the general principles set out in Article 30 of the "New Legislative Framework" Regulation 765/2008. The LVD includes the reference to those provisions as well as the rules and conditions for affixing the CE marking, and other markings, in Articles 16 and 17.
