STATEMENT OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT
欧州議会は、規則（EU）No 182/2011の意味における実施法令が委員会の会合で議論される場合に限り、かつその限りにおいて、当該委員会は欧州議会と欧州委員会との関係に関する枠組み協定附属書Iの意味における「コミトロジー委員会」とみなされうると考える。したがって、委員会の会合は、その他の問題が議論される場合には、その限りにおいて、枠組み協定第15項の適用範囲に含まれる。
The European Parliament considers that only when and in so far as implementing acts in the sense of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011 are discussed in meetings of committees, can the latter be considered as ‘comitology committees’ within the meaning of Annex I to the Framework Agreement on the relations between the European Parliament and the European Commission. Meetings of committees thus fall within the scope of point 15 of the Framework Agreement when and insofar as other issues are discussed.

The final statement was added by the European Parliament when finally approving the text of the new LVD. It deals with Comitology, it is to say, the status of the Committee on Electrical Equipment and its powers with regards to the relationship between the EU co-legislators (European Parliament and Council) and the European Commission.
