5. Authorised representative
第4項に定める製造業者の義務は、委任に明記されていることを条件として、その認定代理人が製造業者に代わって、かつその責任の下で履行することができる。
The manufacturer’s obligations set out in point 4 may be fulfilled by his authorised representative, on his behalf and under his responsibility, provided that they are specified in the mandate.
