§49 — Repeal

指令2006/95/ECは、附属書Vに定める指令の国内法化の期限及び適用日に関する加盟国の義務を損なうことなく、2016年4月20日をもって廃止する。
Directive 2006/95/EC is repealed with effect from 20 April 2016, without prejudice to the obligations of the Member States relating to the time-limits for transposition into national law and the dates of application of the Directives set out in Annex V.
廃止された指令への言及は、本指令への言及と解釈され、附属書VIの対照表に従って読み替えられる。
References to the repealed Directive shall be construed as references to this Directive and shall be read in accordance with the correlation table in Annex VI.
LVDは、2016年4月20日に旧指令2006/95/ECを廃止した。新たな法令は旧法令の整合及び改正の結果であることを考慮し、廃止日以降に残る指令2006/95/ECへの言及は、附属書VIの相関表に従ってLVD（2014/35/EU）への言及とみなさなければならない。
The LVD repealed the previous Directive 2006/95/EC on 20 April 2016. Taking into consideration that the new act is the result of the alignment and recast of the previous one, references to Directive 2006/95/EC remaining after the repeal date have to be considered as references to the LVD (2014/35/EU), according to the correlation table in Annex VI.
