§69 — The relationship with certain other EU New Approach Directives

LVDの対象となる一定の製品は、その他のEU法令の対象でもあることに読者の注意を喚起する。EU市場に出すことが認められるためには、これらの製品はこれらの法令の規定にも適合しなければならない。本ガイドラインはLVDの適用に関するものであり、以下に記述するとおり、LVDとその他の特定のEU法令との関係を明確にするものである。
Reader’s attention is drawn to the fact that certain products subject to the LVD are also subject to other EU legislation. In order to be allowed on the EU market these products must comply also with the provisions of this legislation. These guidelines refer to the application of the LVD and clarify the relationship between the LVD and certain other pieces of EU legislation as described below.
