Article 113 — Entry into force and application

1. 本規則は、欧州連合官報に公表された日の後20日目に発効する。
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
本規則は、2026年8月2日から適用する。
It shall apply from 2 August 2026.

(a)第I章及び第II章は、2025年2月2日から適用する。
