Article 110 — Amendment to Directive (EU) 2020/1828

欧州議会及び理事会指令(EU) 2020/1828の附属書Iに、次の項目を追加する。
In Annex I to Directive (EU) 2020/1828 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the following point is added:
‘(68)人工知能に関する調和された規則を定め、並びに規則(EC) No 300/2008、(EU) No 167/2013、(EU) No 168/2013、(EU) 2018/858、(EU) 2018/1139及び(EU) 2019/2144並びに指令2014/90/EU、(EU) 2016/797及び(EU) 2020/1828を改正する2024年6月13日の欧州議会及び理事会規則(EU) 2024/1689（人工知能法）（OJ L, 2024/1689, 12.7.2024, ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/reg/2024/1689/oj）。』
