第5条(1)第1段落(h)(iii)に規定する犯罪：

Criminal offences referred to in Article 5(1), first subparagraph, point (h)(iii):

—テロリズム

—terrorism,

—人身取引

—trafficking in human beings,

—児童の性的搾取及び児童ポルノ

—sexual exploitation of children, and child pornography,

—麻薬又は向精神薬の不正取引

—illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances,

—武器、弾薬又は爆発物の不正取引

—illicit trafficking in weapons, munitions or explosives,

—殺人、重傷害

—murder, grievous bodily injury,

—人の臓器又は組織の不正取引

—illicit trade in human organs or tissue,

—核物質又は放射性物質の不正取引

—illicit trafficking in nuclear or radioactive materials,

—誘拐、不法監禁又は人質行為

—kidnapping, illegal restraint or hostage-taking,

—国際刑事裁判所の管轄に属する犯罪

—crimes within the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court,

—航空機又は船舶の不法奪取

—unlawful seizure of aircraft or ships,

—強姦

—rape,

—環境犯罪

—environmental crime,

—組織的又は武装した強盗

—organised or armed robbery,

—破壊工作

—sabotage,

—上記の犯罪の一又は複数に関与する犯罪組織への参加

—participation in a criminal organisation involved in one or more of the offences listed above.
