| 2.2. | 未加工の生鮮果物及び野菜用の使い捨てプラスチック包装Single-use plastic packaging for unprocessed fresh fruit and vegetables | 1.5 kg未満の事前包装された生鮮果物及び野菜用の使い捨てプラスチック包装。加盟国は、水分損失若しくは張りの喪失、微生物学的危害若しくは物理的衝撃、酸化を回避する必要性が証明された場合、又は比例的でない経済的及び行政的費用を伴うことなく、認証若しくは表示に関する欧州議会及び理事会の規則(EU) 2018/848の要件を遵守して、有機果物及び野菜と非有機果物及び野菜の混合を回避する他の可能性がない場合には、この制限に関して適用除外を設けることができる。Single-use plastic packaging for less than 1,5 kg pre-packed fresh fruit and vegetables. | 3.3. | 使い捨てプラスチック包装Single-use plastic packaging | HORECA部門において店内で充填され、及び消費される食品及び飲料用の使い捨てプラスチック包装。店内には、テーブル及び椅子が備えられた事業所の内外のすべての飲食区域、立食区域、並びに飲食物の消費の目的で複数の経済事業者又は第三者が共同でエンドユーザーに提供する飲食区域を含む。飲料水へのアクセスを有しないHORECA部門の事業所は、適用除外とする。Single-use plastic packaging for foods and beverages filled and consumed within the premises in the HORECA sector, which include all eating areas inside and outside a place of business, covered with tables and stools, standing areas, and eating areas offered to the end users jointly by several economic operators or a third party for the purpose of food and drinks consumption.
