第77条 指令（EU）2020/1828の改正
Article 77 — Amendment of Directive (EU) 2020/1828
指令（EU）2020/1828附属書I第27号は、次のとおり置き換える。
Point (27) of Annex I to Directive (EU) 2020/1828 is replaced by the following:
‘(27)持続可能な製品のエコデザイン要件の設定のための枠組みを定め、指令（EU）2020/1828及び規則（EU）2023/1542を改正し、指令2009/125/ECを廃止する2024年6月13日の欧州議会及び理事会の規則（EU）2024/1726（OJ L, 2024/1726, 28.6.2024, ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/reg/2024/1726/oj）』。
