第57条 ノーティファイドボディの識別番号及び一覧
Article 57 — Identification numbers and lists of notified bodies
1. 欧州委員会は、ノーティファイドボディに識別番号を割り当てなければならない。
1. The Commission shall assign an identification number to a notified body.
当該機関が複数の連邦法に基づいて告示されている場合であっても、単一の番号を割り当てるものとする。
It shall assign a single such number even where the body is notified under several Union acts.
2. 欧州委員会は、この規則に基づきノーティファイされた機関の一覧（それらに割り当てられた識別番号及びノーティファイされた活動を含む。）を公開しなければならない。
2. The Commission shall make publicly available the list of the bodies notified under this Regulation, including the identification numbers that have been assigned to them and the activities for which they have been notified.
欧州委員会は、当該一覧が最新の状態に保たれることを確保しなければならない。
The Commission shall ensure that that list is kept up to date.
