第20条 加盟国専門家グループ
Article 20 — Member States Expert Group
欧州委員会は、加盟国が指名した専門家で構成される、エコデザインフォーラムのサブグループとしての加盟国専門家グループを設置しなければならない。
The Commission shall establish a Member States Expert Group as a subgroup of the Ecodesign Forum, composed of experts designated by the Member States.
当該専門家は、特に次のことに貢献しなければならない。
Those experts shall contribute in particular to:
(a)エコデザイン要件の準備
(a)preparing ecodesign requirements;
(b)自主規制措置の評価
(b)assessing self-regulation measures;
(c)この規則への適合を高めるための措置に関する情報及び最良の慣行の交換
(c)exchanging information and best practices on measures to enhance compliance with this Regulation;
